Where and when is RampUp 2025?

RampUp 2025 will take place at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, February 25-27, 2025. Get more information on the Venue page.

RampUp 2025 is an in-person event. We’re excited to see everyone and committed to providing a safe and excellent attendee experience. While sessions will not be live-streamed or available virtually, all sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees following the event.

How much does it cost to attend RampUp 2025?

Early-bird pricing is $899 (a $200 discount) if you register by December 31, 2024. Standard pricing is $1,099 starting January 1, 2025.

How do I stay up-to-date on RampUp 2025?

When you register for RampUp 2025, you’ll receive event updates and information to your email. Be sure to check the website frequently and follow @LiveRamp on LinkedIn for news on the agenda, sessions, and speakers.

Is there a mobile app for RampUp 2025?

Where will RampUp 2026 be held?

RampUp is moving locations next year. RampUp 2026 will take place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.

Hotel and travel

How do I book a hotel room?

After completing your registration, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to book your hotel stay at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis.

What if I need to cancel or make a change to my hotel reservation?

Please reach out to the hotel directly at +1 415-896-1600 to make changes or cancel your hotel reservation.

What if I need to cancel my RampUp 2025 registration?

Please email the Registration Team at RampUp@liveramp.com if you can no longer join us.

Will there be parking available at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis?

Yes, parking is available for a daily fee at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis hotel garage, located on Mission Street. Another parking option is the Yerba Buena Parking Garage at Fifth & Mission. All parking costs are at the expense of the driver.

What food will be available at the event?

Lunch will be served on Wednesday, February 26 and Thursday, February 27 in the RampUp Hub. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, February 25 and at RampUp After Dark on Wednesday, February 26.

Do I need to register separately for the evening receptions?

No, these activities are included in your ticket cost and registration. Don’t forget to bring your name badge to all RampUp 2025 events. Name badges are required for entrance to all events and sessions.

May I bring a guest to the evening events?

Attendance at all RampUp conference events requires registration to RampUp 2025 and your conference badge. If you’d like to bring a guest to any event, please make sure they register for RampUp 2025 before arrival.

Will there be space for meetings?

Yes! The RampUp Networking Lounge and RampUp Hub are great spaces to meet with industry peers.

What should I wear?

Most RampUp 2025 attendees choose business casual or jeans. You’re welcome to dress up a bit more for the receptions, but join us however you’re most comfortable.

What is the best way to get assistance while I am at RampUp 2025?

There are two RampUp information desks to assist you during the event. Stop by the location near Check-In/Registration on the Atrium level or across from the RampUp Hub, located on the Yerba Buena level. Or feel free to ask any of our event staff in a RampUp T-shirt.

May I get a list of attendees registered for RampUp?

Due to privacy regulations, we do not release attendee lists. Check back regularly for updates on the growing list of attending companies, which shows the caliber of great brands who will be at RampUp!

Will the sessions be recorded?

Keynote and track sessions will be recorded, and a link to access them will be sent two weeks after the event.
