Photographs/video: Please be aware that the LiveRamp, sponsors, and partners will be taking photographs and video in public areas of the conference (session rooms, RampUp Lounge, reception events, etc.). We/They may use such media in business-related materials and publications. Your image and the sound of your voice may be recorded. If you are identified during the recording, or identify yourself by name, that information may be included in our materials. Recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, and/or distributed.
Event Community and App: In association with attending RampUp, you will have the option to download the mobile app to help you communicate with attendees, navigate the conference, and plan your schedule. LiveRamp has engaged Bizzabo to host the app.
By attending the event, certain personal information is automatically added to your profile in the app and visible to other attendees, LiveRamp, sponsors, and partners. The personal information in your profile includes name, job title, and company. Your profile information can be edited by logging into the app, selecting “Visit the Community”, and editing your profile information or it can be deleted by selecting the icon at the top of the screen that shows an arrow going out of the door. Screenshots for this process can be found below. The Bizzabo privacy notice also provides more information about the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data via the app.

In the menu, select 'Settings'. Chose to toggle notifications on or off.
Code of conduct: All attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout the conference and at any surrounding events, such as breakout sessions and on chat boards. Please review the code of conduct for more details.
LiveRamp will also collect information through scanning badges at session entrances and events to understand attendance patterns and to improve logistics at future events. This information will not be shared.
